Cold

1. Low temperature.
2. Mild illness involving a chest cough, occasional muscle aches and wooziness.

My external, and internal environments are both suffering a cold. Staying wrapped up and reading. Craving imaginary food and coffee. Brain still working.

listening to (in my head on endess repeat) The Front Lawn | We don't know how lucky we are EDIT: It was Fred Dagg, thanks to BeKitty for correcting me.

I didn't know the Front Lawn did a cover of that. Wasn't the original by Fred Dagg?

Front Lawn did "How you doing?", which is easily confusable.

Just saying.

BTW, I suggest you get some selenium tablets - they're great. I only take one a week, or two if I think I'm coming down with something, and I've managed to avoid at least three different colds and the flu in the last three months or so.

You're right, it WAS Fred Dagg.

Thanks for the suggest. I take a multivitamin which includes selenium. Brazil nuts have huge amounts of selenium in them, to the point where one shouldn't eat too many in a day as selenium is a poisonous heavy metal like arsenic.

Woah, thanks for the heads up on the Brazil nuts, I love them and ate almost half a bag yesterday... I didn't know about them.
